TLSv1.3 handshake instability, certificate issuance + HSTS woes specifically on scorchthinks.dev and mean that:

• while we have currently verified the server to be in a "usable" state from the outside world; guarantees in connection quality is yet to be seen, and we are looking at our maintenance monitors for at least a day of uninterrupted uptime

• as joshwel.co services are (seemingly) unaffected, forge.joshwel.co is planned to come back online around on monday-tuesday SGT
